Keepers of the Faith
Club
This
is a program much like the Girl Scouts/Boy Scouts, but with
a Christian foundation. We meet on a twice monthly
basis to do activities that correlate to badges the
children can earn. Families can participate in group
activities as often as they like or can work independently
at home.
Twice per year, the Keepers Club meets for a pot luck, fun
and to award badges.

Family Fun
Gatherings
We like to get together frequently to
share a pot luck meal, organize a family softball game or
just hang out at the park. We believe this is how
close relationships are formed among our families.
Check the calendar for the next event, then come join
the fun!
Geography Club
This is an ongoing activity every third
Thursday of the month. A “country of the month” is
selected and families who wish to participate can go about
studying that country however they choose. Presentations of
what was learned will be made at the Thursday meeting.
Also, for added enjoyment, a meal will be shared made
up of authentic-type dishes of the country being studied.

Field Trips
Have
a fun idea for an outing? Check into all the details,
ask other families to join you on GRACE Chat or contact
GRACE to have it added to the calendar.

Swimming at The
Cove
Enjoy a refreshing indoor swim, access to
water slides and visit with other area homeschool families.
This activity takes place most Friday afternoons (check
calendar) from 1:00 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The cost is $2.50 per
child with a $10.00 maximum per family - yup, the fifth,
sixth, seventh... child - all FREE! Parents may also
swim free! Children must be accompanied by an adult
within the facility.
Whatever else someone volunteers to
plan!!!
This
group will be what you make it! No one will ever be
pressured to join a committee or be pressed into leading an
activity - you choose to volunteer when and where it best
suits your family. But if you have an idea for an activity,
don’t hesitate to ask about it on GRACE Chat or contact
GRACE.
